How can I trust the quality of the materials?

Every KC Jewellers creation is meticulously certified for the purity and quality of all materials used. The gold in our jewellery is officially hallmarked, while all Polki diamonds and gemstones are certified as natural and authentic. With every purchase, you will receive a verified Certificate of Authenticity, detailing the specifications of your piece and offering complete transparency about what you own. This commitment ensures confidence, clarity, and enduring value; hallmarks of the KC Jewellers promise.

Are the polki and gemstones real?

Yes, absolutely. At KC Jewellers, we use only natural polki diamonds in all our jewellery. Polki diamonds are uncut diamonds, and among the various quality grades available, the finest are known as Syndicate Polki. We exclusively work with Syndicate Polki across all our creations, ensuring exceptional brilliance, purity, and authenticity. In addition, all gemstones used in KC Jewellers jewellery are 100% natural and genuine, carefully selected for their beauty and quality. Every piece reflects our commitment to authenticity, craftsmanship, and timeless luxury.

    Where is our jewellery manufactured?

All KC Jewellers jewellery is 100% manufactured in-house at our own facilities. Each creation is brought to life by master artisans from families with over ten generations of jewellery-making heritage, with whom we have long-standing partnerships. Every stage of production is meticulously handled in-house, allowing us to maintain uncompromising standards of craftsmanship, precision, and quality—ensuring that each KC Jewellers piece is truly exceptional.

    Can you customise a design?

Yes, we do offer customisation. As a design house, we understand that personal expression is an essential part of fine jewellery. While KC Jewellers presents thoughtfully curated collections, we are happy to discuss bespoke commissions and design refinements to better suit your preferences. Most of our existing designs can accommodate customisations such as gemstone or colour variations, subject to feasibility. We invite you to speak with our design stylist, who will guide you through the possibilities, timelines, and any design considerations specific to your request. While certain designs may have limitations, we will always make every effort to accommodate your vision with the care and craftsmanship KC Jewellers is known for.

How do you ensure the jewellery is not damaged during shipping?

Our commitment to quality extends to every stage of your KC Jewellers experience, including delivery. For both domestic and international shipments, we partner with trusted, industry-leading secure logistics providers who specialise in handling fine jewellery. Each piece is carefully packaged in a tamper-proof, high-security box and is fully insured throughout transit until it safely reaches your doorstep. This ensures your jewellery arrives in perfect condition, with complete peace of mind.

Do you offer buybacks or exchanges?

Yes, we do. At KC Jewellers, we stand firmly by the enduring value of our creations a confidence reinforced by our fully in-house manufacturing. We offer a clear and transparent buyback and exchange policy designed to provide long-term assurance to our clients. For all buybacks and exchanges, we calculate value based on the prevailing market rates of gold at the time of evaluation. For detailed terms, percentages, and conditions, we invite you to refer to our Exchange & Buyback Policy document.

What if my jewellery requires repair or servicing in the future?

At KC Jewellers, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. If your jewellery ever requires repair or servicing, simply contact us. Our in-house master artisans, who originally created your piece, are best suited to carefully restore it to its original condition, ensuring it retains the integrity and beauty that define KC Jewellers jewellery.

Why is an ID proof required at the time of purchase?

For high value transactions, Indian regulatory guidelines require verification through a valid government issued identity document. This may include a PAN card, passport, or driving licence. This process safeguards the integrity of the transaction, ensures compliance with statutory requirements, and protects your ownership of the piece. It is a standard measure mandated by Indian authorities and is handled with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

What materials are used to craft the jewellery?

Integrity and transparency guide every creation. The structural framework of our jewellery is crafted entirely in gold. We do not use plating or substitute metals. Traditional wax-setting techniques are employed where required, particularly for uncut polki diamonds, as is customary in fine jewellery craftsmanship. In select designs—especially those involving substantial gemstones—high-tensile, non-precious metallic wires may be used for stringing. This is a considered choice made to ensure long-term strength and stability. While 22KT gold is prized for its purity and beauty, its natural softness makes it unsuitable for certain high-tension applications over time. All charges are calculated solely on the precious materials present in the piece, including gold, diamonds, and coloured gemstones. No additional weight or cost is applied for wax or stringing elements. For detailed clarity on any specific design, our styling team will be pleased to assist.

Will the final piece look exactly like the one displayed on the website?

Each creation is brought to life through a balance of advanced engineering and meticulous handcrafting. We also work with natural materials, including polki diamonds and gemstones, whose inherent characteristics make every piece distinct. As a result, subtle variations in stone shape, colour, or texture may occur. These nuances are a natural expression of authenticity and craftsmanship, and no two pieces are ever identical. That said, every piece is finished to the same exacting standards and will reflect the beauty, proportion, and character of the design as presented.
